Credits and reservations

Credits purchase

Click on the “JOIN US” page, select a credit package that is suitable for you. After clicking on the “ORDER NOW” button you will be redirected to the order form.

Fill out your billing information and click on “SUBMIT ORDER”. Pay by bank transfer using the provided account number. Do not forget the variable symbol. You can also scan the QR code to make it easier.

If you do not already have an account with us it will be automatically created for you. We'll email you your account details. After activating the account you can set your own password.

We will add credits to your account immediately after receiving the payment. Bank transfer usually takes 1-2 business days, so we recommend to buy credits in advance. Once your credits are approved, you can make reservations trough the schedule. You'll see that your credits are already approved in your account.

Reservations

Open classes and workshops

After purchasing the credits simply select the appropriate class time in the schedule and reserve your place by clicking on the RESERVE button. You can view all your current reservations by clicking on “My Account” and visiting the “Reservations” tab.

Reservations can be made no earlier than 1 month in advance and no later than 3 hours before the start of the class.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so no later than 12 hours before the start of the class. Credits for that class will be returned back to your account. If you cancel your reservation after this deadline you won’t get credits back.

Private classes

Credits can be also used for private classes. You can schedule a private class by e-mail or WhatsApp.

The rules for making and canceling reservations for private classes are the same as for open classes.
