Privacy Policy

Provider in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act No.18 / 2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments of, as amended, processes the personal data of clients in order to:

- Client registrations - in the scope of processed personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone contact)

- Unique Client Identification,

- Marketing - by sending newsletter messages in the form of electronic mail in the extent of processed personal data: (first name, last name, address, phone contact and email).

The provider declares that he:

• will use the processed personal data of the Client only for the above mentioned purposes in his business activities
• notifies the Client of the intended recordings (videos, photos) of the lessons and the provision of services. The client can express his consent or disagreement with making records with his portrait

Provider reserves the right to publish made visual records of clients on his website www.aerialfitstudio.sk, facebook page and instagram profile as well as other media (print, audiovisual, etc.) for promotional purposes.
